The Clock Tower's professional culinary staff has created some lavish menus with pricing which will meet most budgets. These professionals take pride in delivering quality food and beverage events. Custom menu creation is available upon request.
Social and Wedding Packages
To make your planning easy, we've put together four full featured catering packages, each with four entree choices. All packages include hor d'oeuvres prior to dinner.
The packages (subject to minimum persons gtd) listed below are only samples which include rental of a deluxe room with a dance floor, and we provide a bartender, cake servers and tables with cloth table linens and votive candles. We can also provide additional amenities you may need, such as a guest book podium, microphone, skirted tables, and miror tiles— at no extra charge.
Standard – $18.25 per person
Choose from Roast Beef, Chicken Madeira,Baked Ham or Herb Roasted Chicken. Wine is provided for a toast. Cash bar.
Special – $22.95 per person
Selections include Roast Beef, Chicken Madeira, Baked Ham or Herb Roasted Chicken. Sparkling wine is provided for a toast and a glass of wine is served with dinner. Host beverages include draft beer and assorted sodas.
Simply Elegant Buffet -- $24.75
Selections include Garden Basket Salad with dressings, Marinated Tomatoes & Cucumbers, Tortellini Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Three Bean Salad, Marinated Vegetable Salad with the entrees that include your choice of two items. Choose from Roast Sirloin of Beef, Roasted Porkloin, Baked Ham, Saute'ed Chicken Breast or Baked Cod. Accompaniments include your choice of four; Ruby Red Jacket Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Wild Rice, Pecan Rice, Au Gratin Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, Green Beans with Almonds, Corn with Red Peppers or Honey Dilled Carrots. We also will cut and serve a clients Wedding cake with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Supreme – $31.00 per person
Choose from London Broil, Stuffed Pork Chops, Chicken Chardonnay or Chicken Marsala. Sparkling wine is provided for a toast and a glass of wine is served with dinner. A host bar will serve house brands one hour before dinner. Host beverages after dinner include draft beer and assorted sodas.
Sensational – $39.95 per person
Deluxe menu selections include Prime Rib, Boneless Pork Filet, Chicken Hommard or Orange Roughy. Sparkling wine is provided for a toast and a glass of wine is served with dinner. A host bar will serve house brands one hour before dinner and three hours following dinner.
