Solid oak panels provide a boardroom feel and divide the center into as many as six separate meeting rooms. For groups of up to 1,550, the Wallingford Center is a 10,080-square-foot ballroom/convention center space that can be divided into six meeting rooms. Howard Center/Lower Level Boardroom For groups of 24 to 400, the Howard Center provides 2,940 square feet of meeting and banquet space on the Clock Tower's lower level. Eli Terry & John Harrison Banquet Rooms For groups of 25 to 175, the Eli Terry & John Harrison banquet rooms encompass a 1,314-square-foot space located in the Resort Registration Lobby.
For groups of up to 165, the Clock Tower Theatre offers auditorium-style seating for meetings and presentations. Parlors and Executive Board Rooms For groups of 8 to 40, choose from our four Parlors or five executive Board Rooms. For intimate gatherings of eight to 20, we offer 14 Bi-Level Suites, which include a sitting room and king-size upstairs bedroom. The outdoor Court Pavilion is available from May through October and accommodates up to 240 people. Banquet facilities for up to 175 people is available at Figgs, a bi-level space overlooking a large fountain.

The Clock Tower has more
than 30,000 square feet of meeting, banquet and pre-function space.
The 23 dedicated function rooms include a 10,000-square foot ballroom
and a 165-seat auditorium. For smaller functions, we offer a large array
of executive boardrooms and hospitality parlors. If you want to add
some fresh air to your event, the beautiful Outdoor Court Pavilion is
available from May through October and accommodates up to 175 for a
meal.
